  1. Before selling your AirPods, go to the Find My iPhone app on your iPhone or iCloud account and remove them from your account. 
  2. Please, gently clean your AirPods before selling or trading them in. We recommend using a cleaning solution and a soft cloth to clean your AirPods. You can also use a cotton swab to clean harder-to-reach places.
  3. Package your AirPods well before shipping. Place them in the original box if you have it.
