- Back up your iPad.
- Sign out of iCloud, iTunes, and App Store.

- Remove the device from your Find My app.

- For Samsung tablets:
- Sign out and remove your Samsung and Google accounts and all passwords.
Please note: We do not accept devices that are account locked or reported as lost or stolen.
- Deactivate carrier service & pay off any remaining balance on your account. We may send you a revised offer or have to return your device if this has not been completed.
- Backup files if necessary, then factory reset your device(s).
- Remember to remove your SD and/or SIM card from your device.
- Before shipping, we recommend that you insure your shipment against loss, theft, and damage.
