3. iPhone 8 Plus – The iPhone 8 Plus was one of the last phones to offer the classic iPhone design in that price segment, including the Touch ID-equipped home button and a 16:9 LCD display. The 2020 iPhone SE may have replaced the 8 series due it being budget friendly and having on the best processors Apple packed in a budget phone, but that does not take away from the fact that the iPhone 8 Plus is still an all-time favorite. 4. LG G8 ThinQ – Now I know what you’re thinking, who buys an LG these days anyway, right? But as reality would have it, LG phones are not half bad. The G8 ThinQ runs on the very impressive Snapdragon 855 allowing you to multitask and run high powered games for long hours. Speaking of long hours, that’s probably the only place they defaulted by maxing out at 9.5 hours; which isn’t necessarily bad for a phone that will cost you a meagre $250 to $275 for a refurbished unit. It also has excellent night time photography and crystal clear OLED sound for calls. Although it isn’t all the popular, it is a phone worth mentioning.
