Upsie was founded to give consumers a better warranty option than plans sold by retailers and manufacturers, and we are so excited to be a part of that mission. Through our partnership, you can purchase an Upsie insurance plan for $9.99/mo with no screen repair deductible. This coverage includes cracked screens, battery and touch screen failure, liquid damage, camera malfunction, and more! Making a claim and scheduling a repair is easy. You can file your claim online and bring your device into the nearest SmartphonesPLUS location. We offer a fast turn around time and work hard to complete most of our repairs same day!
Both “new” phones and existing phones are eligible for Upsie coverage. Once coverage is added, there is a 90-day waiting period for all claims, unless you have purchased your device within the last 30 days. Simply show your receipt at time of activation and the claim waiting period will be waived.
