During the COVID-19 outbreak, the health and safety of our customers is our greatest concern. That is why we have decided to add additional sanitary measures for your devices during repairs and trade-ins. This is in effect for our online submissions and for our physical location in Coralville, IA inside the Coral Ridge Mall.

Upon receipt, all devices will be wiped or sprayed with disinfectant. By doing this, we are able to kill 99% of germs on contact. Each device will also be quarantined from other devices.

During repairs, we ensure that our anti-static mats and tools are cleaned, wiped down, and decontaminated after every single repair.

After each repair is completed we are running additional sanitation measures. We will be wiping down and disinfecting every device and separating your device from other devices.

Our store has been thoroughly cleaned and our technicians and staff are practicing proper hand washing procedures as suggested by the Centers for Disease Control.

If you do not wish to come to the store, we also offer a mail-in option on our site. We offer free shipping or pickup (for local customers) and can generally send your phone back on the same day it is received.

We understand your concern during this time and assure you that we have put the proper procedures in place to protect you and your loved ones. Our team is here to explain proper device cleaning and storage techniques as well.
